As a CTPAT/PIP Security Specialist your responsibility wil be to create and implement supply chain security programs that meet CTPAT and PIP requirements. Ensure that company adheres to the security standards and procedures outlines by CTPAT and PIP. Assess potential security risks within the supply chain and implement measures to mitigate them.
How You'll Help
Stay up to date with CTPAT and PIP requirements.
Maintain CTPAT and PIP programs, including risk assessments and security policies.
Conduct audits and prepare terminals for validation audits.
Investigate incidents of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
Develops and implements security protocols to protect supply chain assets.
Assesses risks and vulnerabilities in the supply chain and recommends improvements.
Ensures compliance with CTPAT and PIP requirements.
Your Skills & Experience:
Certification or Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
5 years of experience in similar role, or transportation industry preferred.
Certification in HACCP or CTPAT/PIP is highly desirable.
Internal auditor certification with RPM and COR is desirable.
Experience in incident investigation and conducting comprehensive internal audits.
Strong expertise in CTPAT and PIP standards.
Ability to conduct comprehensive audits and manage compliance.
Strong knowledge of Canadian and U.S. regulations and standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and training skills.
