Watermaker Fergus is a local water treatment company that provides sales and service to the greater Fergus area. Our Fergus location is seeking a Customer Service Representative to add to our team. If you have strong customer service skills, outgoing, flexible, and organized we would love to meet you. This is a
permanent position
, that requires you to work Monday to Friday, and every other Saturday. The ideal candidate will be dependable with a strong work ethic and a positive demeanor. Sales experience is an asset, although training is available for the right candidate.Requirements:
Valid G drivers license Friendly and Outgoing Reliable and Responsible Excellent communication skills Heavy lifting required Computer experience Able to multi-task efficiently
Responsibilities:
Greeting Customers and offering assistance Answering the phone in a friendly professional manner Opening/Closing the store Processing transaction on the cash register Advising customers on water treatment needs Maintaining cleanliness of the store
