We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing logistics team in Milton Ontario.

This will be a challenging and rewarding position for the successful candidate and we look forward to reviewing all qualified applicants.

Compensation: $40,000-$45,000 depending on experience

Shift: Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00, occasional weekend support required

The focus of this role is tracking and tracing all loads as well as providing exceptional customer service. Duties will include but not limited to:

Complete track & trace for all loads picking up, delivering and in transit

Handle customer inquires and provides exceptional customer service

Complete Bills of lading as required

Complete 1st round billing, preparing loads for invoicing

Data Entry

Ability to provide after-hours and weekend support as necessary

Maintain mutually beneficial carrier/broker relationships

Other logistics and administrative duties as required

Skills and Abilities:

Possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

A positive customer first attitude

Excellent telephone etiquette

Must be a team player

Effective listening and strong communication skills

Exceptional computer skills especially in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Ability to organize, prioritize and problem solve

Excellent multi-tasking skills

Other Requirements

:

Must have a reliable vehicle

Ability to write, read and speak English

Ability to support after hours as required

Minimum of High School Diploma

This is an entry level position, previous experience in Transportation & Logistics is an asset.
