Salary range for CSR- Etobicoke from 50-55,000/year (not including bonuses, benefits, or profit sharing etc)

At our facility in Etobicoke you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Speciality Product Group division of our team as the CSR- Etobicoke :

You will be responsible for all transactions assosciate with supply processes of the business unit

ensure follow up and accuracy of all purchase orders for both suppliers and requesters

provide efficient and client focused customer service

manage all changes related to the shpping and delivery of client orders

respond to all requests in a timely and professional manner

work directly with mulitple different departments within Cascades to ensure client needs are met.

You too, put forward your strengths:

4-5 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing setting

Proficient experience in Microsoft Office Sute (including intermediate experience using Excel)

customer focused approach and strong written and oral communication skills

ability to adapt quickly to customer needs, and ensure that there is a strong focus on attention to detail!

Ability to read and speak in French considered a strong asset for this position
