Job Description
Here we grow again! Fresh Direct Produce is looking to expand our talented and energetic Part-time Customer Service Rep team! This is a great opportunity for someone who likes variety, and is looking to use and increase their office experience in a busy and dynamic environment.
Hours are Saturday and Sunday from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight. If you are a team player and are interested in learning and developing, this may be the role for you!
Responsibilities include:
Data entry and updating of records in the company ERP systems and other workbook logs Inputting sales orders & assisting the Sales department in their off-work hours Answering and redirecting incoming phone calls, greeting customers and visitors Performing cashier functions and receiving payments Assisting other departments if needed
Qualifications include:
Proficiency in MS Office required Fluency in English Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team Minimum 1-year customer service experience preferred
