Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be in direct communication with our customers, assisting them with their orders - data entry, invoicing, tracking and responding to their inquiries, all while maintaining our On-Time-Delivery targets and excellence in customer service.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

Receive and respond to customer orders and enquiries Log and enter shipment details Advocate for our customers and their shipping needs Keep working area organized and clear of waste. Sound knowledge for the transportation / LTL trucking industry

As a successful candidate you will have the following:

Post-Secondary or High school diploma, or equivalent skills and experience 1 year of customer service experience is an asset Effective written and oral communication skills Excellent attention to detail Provide a high level of customer service Excellent computer skills, with demonstrated working knowledge of MS Office products and ability to learn in-house computer programs.
Telephone skills, listening and verbal communication skills, ability to multi-task, be dependable, emotional control, and good reporting skills
