Join Fast Air's Front Desk as a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

The Position:

Answer telephones and greet customers at front desk

Operate a two-way radio

Take customer orders for aviation fuel and aviation related services

Advise colleagues of customer order requests

Complete daily records and data input into software

Complete customer invoicing and receiving of payments

Arrange for catering, make customer hotel and car rental reservations

Operate a passenger van to shuttle customers

Do light cleaning, including mopping of floors

Take initiative and anticipate customer needs, accept responsibility and take appropriate actions

Adhere to company policies, and foster a safe work environment

Must be able to work various shifts between 05:00 and 22:00 over 7 day week

Requirements:

Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service

Computer literate, Microsoft XP, Office 2000, Word, Excel, Outlook

Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills

Excellent time management and ability to multitask

Ability to work with minimal supervision in a teamwork environment

Works well under pressure with decision making skills

Ability to work well with other and maintain a respectful workplace

Due to location, reliable transportation is essential

Valid class 5F driver's license
