Duties



Respond to customer inquiries. Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary. Upsell products and services , enhancing the customer experience while driving sales. Exhibit excellent etiquette, ensuring a positive interaction with every customer. Collaborate with team members to improve overall service quality and efficiency.

Experience



Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not mandatory. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations quickly and provide effective solutions. A positive attitude, resilience under pressure, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service are essential for success in this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$19.00 per hour
