We are looking to hire a

Junior Customer Service Representative

who is interested in learning the HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical business in order to grow, and build a career within our organization.

Qualifications and Experience

Fantastic phone demeanor and communication skills Highly computer literate and capable of adapting to new software Organized and detail oriented Capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing work/ tasks to be done Reliable (punctual and good attendance record) Experience as a CSR/dispatcher is an asset Familiarity with Electrical, HVAC or Plumbing trades is an asset

General Responsibilities

Handling inbound and outbound customer phone calls in a friendly and professional manor. Answering customer questions about services, options, procedures and fees Booking appointments with customers Creating and maintaining accurate customer records. Creating detailed and actionable Work Orders (WO's) for technicians Keeping customers/technicians aware of changes to scheduled appointments Reviewing technician's notes and findings and take appropriate follow up steps Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing for customer accounts
