What You'll Do

Be the

first friendly contact

for customers by phone

Book and dispatch technician jobs

quickly and accurately Provide clear, professional information about services Keep schedules and customer records organized Assist with

office administration and scheduling support

What We're Looking For

Energetic, detail-oriented, and customer-focused

personality Excellent communication skills (clear, positive, and professional) Organized, adaptable, and strong at multitasking Comfortable with computers, scheduling tools, and phone systems Experience as a

dispatcher, receptionist, call center agent, or office administrator

is a plus -- but not required (we'll train you!)
