Customer Service Representative (Temporary to Permanent)

About the Role

Our client who is a leader in design and manufacturing innovative and state-of-the-art lighting requires an energetic, friendly, and outgoing Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this fast growing and exciting environment you will be providing top customer service support for this Temp to Perm opportunity with the strong potential to transition into a permanent role. This role is an integral part of the company, helping provide top-notch service to our clients in the construction industry. Experience providing customer service with electrical or lighting company would be a very strong asset.

As the Customer Service Representative, you will handle standard customer service duties, including phone support, processing orders, and collaborating with our warehouse and production teams to ensure smooth operations.

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Pay: $40,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
