A Plus Air Systems Inc. is expanding, and we\'re looking for passionate Customer Service Representatives who strive to provide exceptional service to our direct customers. If you enjoy helping people and have experience making outbound calls, this may be the perfect opportunity for you to support our growing company administratively. We\'re looking for self-starters who are eager to take on the challenge of delivering exceptional customer service. You will need to identify sales opportunities and overcome customer objections. Strong interpersonal, customer relations, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. Your primary responsibilities include:
  • Provide exceptional experience to our customers via phone. This includes making outbound calls, responding to inbound calls, efficiently taking customer information to provide to service techs or the sales team.
  • Scheduling appointments for maintenance technicians, sales, and service, as well as completing customer service follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction.
  • Proactively address and respond to customer questions and concerns professionally and accurately.
  • Collaborate effectively with both customer service and sales team to understand processes and carry them out with sound proficiency.
  • Be someone our sales team can count on to provide direct administrative support during busy periods.
  • Be someone our senior management can count on to assist with ad-hoc projects, as required.
You are our ideal candidate if you have:
  • Experience servicing customers over the phone. Strong communication (verbal and written) is what\xe2\x80\x99s critical!
  • Some experience addressing customer concerns and demonstrated ability to defuse situations effectively.
  • Absolute must have proficiency in telecommunication devices and must have PC literacy.
  • Enthusiastic and confident with a friendly and polite demeanor.
  • Outstanding time management skills.
  • A true self-starter with a desire to learn and contribute to various administrative projects and tasks.
  • HVAC industry experience is an asset.
  • Marketing/sales experience is an asset.
This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $17 per hour. Preferred experience includes at least one year of customer service experience. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: From $17.00 per hour Flexible Language Requirement:
