Duties
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Assist customers with order processing and account management.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records.
Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services.
Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to phone etiquette standards.
Skills
Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities (especially in Spanish) are preferred.
Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus.
Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
