Canaray provides the GTA with standard-setting oral radiology services. Canaray has doubled in size every 3 years since its inception in November 2011.

*This position is a full-time Customer Service/ Front Desk Reception position.

Duties

Duties include and are not limited to:

Telephone customer service support Schedule, confirm, modify appointments Proofreading radiology reports Printing, mailing and filing Data processing Manipulating Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) Dicom files
Segmentation of 3D data
Following patient privacy regulations Consistent sanitization and ensure all COVID policies are being followed
*Training will be provided, no experience necessary

Skills:

Mandatory

Sound oral and written communication skills Adaptability to changing technology Ability to learn new terms and skillsets Proficient computer literacy

Relationships:

Working under the direct supervision of an Oral maxillofacial radiologist Receiving feedback from staff radiologists and other support staff Providing coaching to fellow support staff
