Customer Service Representative - Premier Graphics Inc.

What You'll Do

You'll be the first point of contact for customers reaching out to Premier Graphics--whether it's new Office Graphics, Signage or a simple question about timelines. In this role, you'll:

Handle daily customer interactions with professionalism and genuine care Troubleshoot issues and help steer customers to the right solutions Support the design and production teams by keeping communication clear and organized Make sure customers feel supported from first contact through project completion

, full-time position. We work closely together, and the person in this role becomes a key link across the company.

Compensation: Base salary plus commissions on sales

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
