Customer Service Representative

to join our growing team. We expect this position to grow into a team lead role.

The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, professional, results-oriented, and a team player.

Ideal Candidate:

- Knowledge/experience in Automotive is a requirement

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and French

- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel

- Friendly and enthusiastic personality

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Good data entry skills

- Able to work independently and results-oriented

- Bilingual (French) is required

Primary Responsibilities:

- Answering inbound calls from customers requesting price, availability, and delivery information

- Execute upselling strategies to increase average transaction price

- Maximizing inbound sales opportunities via maintaining a strong conversion ratio

- Communicating important customer relationship issues with the Sales Manager via customer escalations

- Working with your team to maximize client satisfaction

- Process payments for credit card transactions

- Responding to client issues in a timely and professional fashion

- Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention

Experience and Skills:

- Undergraduate degree in Sales/Marketing or other related disciplines is an asset

- 1+ years in automotive parts or truck sales

- Customer-service oriented

- Must be bilingual

This position provides an opportunity for advancement into a supervisory role. The successful candidate will lead a team comprising four to six agents, ensuring that the highest standards of customer service are consistently maintained across the team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
