Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information about products and services while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations. Utilize data entry skills to maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to enhance customer satisfaction. Analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery and address any recurring issues. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. Maintain a positive attitude while managing challenging situations effectively.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities (especially Spanish) are highly desirable. Proficient in data entry with attention to detail. Ability to analyze information and provide solutions to customer problems. Familiarity with sales techniques and upselling strategies is a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers. A proactive approach to learning about our products and services to better assist customers. Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
