This position reports to the Asst. Manager-Back Office/Manager-Back Office/VP-Back Office and is primarily responsible for performing the following functions:
Roles & Responsibilities of CSR
Awareness of the Policies, Guidelines & Procedures of the Bank and ensure compliance and adherence.
Processing applications received through Online channels for various services like account opening, ATM cards, Cheque books etc.
Conducting customer due diligence in accordance with the procedures of the bank.
Carrying out risk assessments while opening new accounts.
Handling calls on Toll Free Number. Answer enquiries courteously and resolve any issue related to customer account
Work collaboratively with other team members
Outward mail/ Dispatch
CSR will have to carry out the functions as required in the regular course of day-to-day banking
Complete any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager.
