Duties

Act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering exceptional customer experiences. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing efficient and professional customer service. Address issues or concerns and issue resolution. Demonstrate excellent etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive interactions. Administer retail transactions, handle cash. Engage in upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance sales performance. Sound knowledge of products, stocking of inventory and merchandising. Maintaining clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or related roles preferred. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus. Demonstrated etiquette and professional demeanor. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. This position is integral to delivering high-quality service that enhances customer loyalty and supports business objectives. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 35 per week
