Responsibilities



Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism using proper phone etiquette and communication skills Assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product or service information Conduct data entry accurately to update customer records and transaction details Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and company revenue Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for analysis and reporting purposes Support sales initiatives through effective communication and relationship building with clients Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery and achieve departmental goals Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and recommend improvements

Experience



Proven experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred Strong data entry skills with attention to detail Multilingual abilities, especially fluency in English and Spanish, are highly desirable Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret customer data and feedback effectively Experience in sales, upselling, or cross-selling techniques is a plus Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers professionally Knowledge of phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role

Pay: $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
