Job Description

Orora Fresh is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative. This position provides service for the Customer - oversees all aspects of communication with the company by performing the following duties. Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers via phone and receives orders, quote requests, follow-ups and all other inquiries.
  • Responsible for data entry of all order for the Customer through direct contact, mail, fax, or e-mail through the ONA Sales Representatives.
  • When processing orders bring product onto our warehouse floors, the Customer Service Representatives evaluates historical data on such items and provides assistance with inventory control process
  • Provides inside support to outside Sales Reps.
  • Provides expertise in solving Customer problems with any and all internal departments, including other divisions.
  • Photocopies and scans/emails documents.
  • Performs contract review work processes on Customer Purchase Orders.
  • Responds to Customer inquiries on the telephone through on-line networks, by mail and by facsimile.
  • Writes Customer quote requests, sample requests, formal quotes to Customers, and Sales Representative leads for prospective accounts.
  • Handles Customer problems that appear to arise from the use of the product. Handles requests for replacing and picking up defective parts.
  • Submits follow-ups on orders through Expeditor via hand written or computer request.
  • Coordinates changes to orders on accounts as necessary.
  • Performs other duties and/ or responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications Education and Experience:
  • High School diploma or general education degree GED equivalent
  • 2-4 years of previous experience in Customer Service
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other co-workers of the organization.

  • Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Kingsville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
  • Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
  • Call center: 2 years (preferred)
  • Customer service: 2 years (required)
Work Location: In person
