Castle Fuels Petro-Pass has an immediate opening for a full time, self motivated, and responsible individual for a

Customer Service Representative at our Valleyview location in Kamloops.

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, this position provides exceptional customer service to our clients while maintaining the storefront and cardlock facilities.

Hours of work

: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with some flexibility

Job Duties

Provide exceptional customer service to our clients purchasing store goods using the point-of-sale system, cash register and debit machines as required. Maintain the store inventory and stock shelves as necessary. Data entry and assistance with inventory count. Maintain clean washrooms and offices as required. Assist in the completion of daily and weekly cardlock inspections and ensure the cardlock area is clean, free of snow, oil spills, garbage & squeegees refilled. Dip and record the oil/water separator levels and test the on/off valve on a weekly basis. Inspect all equipment and ensure it is in working order and assist clients with cardlock issues as they arise. Top up dye tanks in dye injection pumps as required (prevent any run-outs).

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

1 or more years Customer Service experience Basic Computer Skills with an attention to detail are required Ability to multitask and problem solve Must be able to perform lifting duties (pails & cases up to 40 lbs.) Must have reliable transportation to and from work A clean criminal record check is required
