Pay:

$55,000
negotiable based on experience, with commission opportunities available

Job Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer support by phone, email, and in-person Respond to client requests for policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations in a timely manner. Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently. Renewals: remarket when required. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Utilize CRM systems to manage customer information and track interactions Execute the sale of insurance products for own referrals and prospects when desired

Experience/Qualifications

Must be RIBO Licensed and in good standing Experience in customer service Conscientious, with a strong attention to detail and high level of organization and accuracy Strong communication skills for phone, email, and in-person interactions. Strong computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Outlook and other products Problem-solving skills to resolve inquiries promptly. Team Oriented Experience using CRM systems for managing customer information (Applied Epic Preferred) Working knowledge of company portals (CAA, Aviva, Economical, Intact, etc.)
