Spring Fresh Mat & Linen Rentals is a locally owned and operated company providing quality service for 45 years. We focus on teamwork to exceed the needs of our customers while maintaining a positive environment for our staff.

We are looking for a friendly, out-going person to join our office staff. The ideal candidate will handle reception duties including answer incoming calls, customer pickups and drop-offs with outstanding customer service in a welcoming environment. General office and administrative duties to be completed accurately in a timely manner, as well as inventory and purchasing of office and production supplies.

For this full-time position we are looking for a dedicated reliable individual who works with integrity and is a resourceful problem solver, able to work well with our team and independently.

Duties include but not limited to:

Greet customers at the front desk.*

Receive and forward telephone and electronic enquires.*

Receive customer drop-off and pick-ups.*

Accurate daily data inputting and filing.*

Maintain and analyze spreadsheets.*

Process incoming and outgoing mail.*

Update customer records as needed.*

Submit electronic invoices, maintain and prepare reports.*

Going to the bank with daily deposit, pick up supplies.*

Organize staff BBQ's and help with annual functions.*

Inventory and purchasing.*

Support month end procedures.*

Maintain all office equipment.*

Ensure office general spaces and boardroom are in order.*

Assist the Sales Department.*

Required Skills:

Self-motivated with strong interpersonal communication skills and superior customer service skills.*

Excellent written and verbal communication*

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.*

Good organizational skills with resourcefulness and exceptional time management skills.*

Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel & Outlook.*

Strong data entry with a high degree of accuracy.*

Basic IT understanding.*

General understanding of accounting.*

Completion of post-secondary office administration program and/or 3 yrs. experience.*

Your own vehicle.*

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
