Job Description

Freight North Carriers is a leading transportation and logistics provider dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients across North America. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Job Duties:

Assist AR and AP leads with invoicing, collections, and resolving billing issues Collect Proof of Delivery (POD) and Purchase Order (PO) numbers to ensure accurate billing and documentation Build and prepare orders for the logistics team Set up and onboard new carriers to expand our network Track loads for customers and provide updates to ensure timely deliveries Support the team with general customer service inquiries and administrative tasks

Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable roles Strong proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar Excellent skills in MS Office, especially Excel High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is an asset Familiarity with federal regulations applicable to the transportation industry is a plus
