What You'll Do
Respond promptly
to client inquiries by phone, text, or email.
Listen actively
, ask smart questions, and guide callers to the right services.
Turn interest into action
by booking appointments in a way that feels helpful, never pushy.
Follow up with past clients to
build relationships
and offer repeat services.
Enter information accurately and confidently into our systems.
Support our technicians by coordinating and dispatching with care and clarity.

Qualifications
3+ years in customer service, sales, or dispatching (bonus if HVAC or home services experience)
Strong English communication skills--spoken and written
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and comfortable learning new tools
Experience with
ServiceTitan
