A Residential Condominium Corporation in East York is looking to hire an Accounts/Customer Service Representative.
The Accounts/Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the following:
To cover the front desk - Meet & greet with residents.
Answering incoming & outgoing telephone calls
Responding to resident's complaints & queries
Process and reconcile payment with debit cards.
Review Debit Reports to identify discrepancies and errors on unit accounts.

Log all the cheques received for payments and file them accordingly.
Updating pre-authorized payments and generating monthly reports
Updating and maintaining unit files, accounts, and information in the internal software(online portals) and hard copies
Processing payments and updating unit accounts
Registering and creating files for new owners/tenants and closing the sold units
Generating reports on monthly arrears, parking, locker, and appliances
Issuing arrears letters for non-payment
Issuing pre-lien and lien and corresponding with the respective lawyers
Issuing and cancelling parking, lockers and access cards to the owners and processing payments
Generating monthly reporting for different accounts
Renting out Party/Town Hall/Community Rooms to the residents
Maintaining binders for pet registration and lease for rented units.
