Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a calm and empathetic manner
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
