SINCE 1969 WE HAVE BEEN SELLING APPLIANCES. WE NOW HAVE A NEW CHAPTER WITH E - COMMERENCE. NEED SOMEONE TO HANDLE ALL THE WEBSITE SALES ANDINQUIRIERS.

YOU WOULD ALSO NEED TO PHOTOGRAPH OUR SCRATCH AND DENT APPLIANCES AND PUT THEM ON THE WEB. HAVING KNOWLEDGE WITH SHOPIFY IS AN ASSET.

Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
- Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Utilize phone etiquette to create a welcoming environment for customers.
- Engage in upselling opportunities while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance the customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed assistance.

Experience

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus.
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and make sound decisions based on available information.
- Demonstrated ability in sales or upselling techniques is advantageous.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and basic computer skills are essential.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service is crucial.
