Duties



Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction. Assist with sales inquiries and promote additional services as appropriate. Handle data entry tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy in customer records. Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer feedback or inquiries. Utilize Microsoft Office applications to document interactions and manage customer information. Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while ensuring effective communication with clients. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall service quality. Perform cash handling duties as needed, ensuring accuracy in transactions.

Requirements



Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customers. Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks. Proven ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Demonstrated sales experience is a plus, showcasing the ability to upsell products or services. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on active listening. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
