Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email in a timely and professional manner Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy with customers Team player and collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Demonstrated commitment to long-term career growth and development. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with customer service is a plus. The applicant must be a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident
