About the Role
As a
CSR / Bartender
, you will be responsible for creating a positive first impression, preparing beverages, and ensuring our guests receive warm, attentive service. You will switch between customer service and bartending duties as needed, making this a versatile and engaging role for someone who enjoys variety in their workday.
Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding front-of-house customer service
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to spec
Follow proper drink recipes, portioning, and presentation standards
Operate the POS system
Maintain bar and service area cleanliness, restocking as needed
Assist with opening and closing procedures for both CSR and bar sections
Support the service team with food running, bussing, and general hospitality
Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
Address guest questions, concerns, or requests with professionalism and care
Contribute to a positive, welcoming atmosphere that reflects Rally's values
Qualifications
Smart Serve certified
