NOTE: This is not a construction or labor position -- this is a digital marketing client success manager role.
As a Client Success Manager, you'll help contractors grow their companies, close more jobs, and improve their systems using our proven advertising and appointment-setting framework.
The better our clients perform -- and the longer they stay -- the more u earn.
You'll work with home improvement and construction companies across the U.S. who rely on us for high-intent homeowners generated through platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google. We also run advanced follow-up systems and AI appointment-setting to help clients get more booked jobs.
Experience in the contractor or home-service space is a huge advantage.
As the main point of contact for clients, you'll play a critical role in helping them scale.

We're looking for someone who loves digital marketing, communicates proactively, solves problems fast, and enjoys helping business owners grow.
You'll receive full training on our systems for generating high-quality jobs, nurturing homeowners, and building consistent pipelines -- and you'll be an essential part of our client fulfillment team.
You'll manage roughly 20-35 clients as your full-time workload.
Responsibilities
? Serve as the main point of contact for all client communication
? Build strong relationships quickly
? Run onboarding calls to introduce clients to our systems and collect all required assets
? Run check-in calls every week to ensure clients understand the system and adjust strategy
? Respond to client questions within minutes
? Learn our tech stack (GHL, ads dashboard, CRM, AI tools) so u can teach clients how to use them
? Handle problem-solving and crisis management with professionalism and calm energy
? Coach clients through performance dips or sales challenges with our proven tactics
? Communicate between the internal marketing team, appointment team, and clients
? Provide industry insights, campaign feedback, and strategic recommendations
? Coordinate tasks and priorities using internal tools and project management systems
? Review campaign data, identify trends, and suggest improvements
? Implement upsells, referrals, and retention strategies
? Help clients adopt new tools, features, or add-ons when valuable
Minimum Requirements
? Willingness to undergo full training and confidently teach clients what u learn
? Previous experience in account management, customer success, hospitality, or service roles
? Comfortable with role-play, communication practice, and persuasive conversations
? Strong interest in digital marketing or experience in the industry
? Comfortable speaking with business owners across the U.S.
? Confident decision-making and ability to push back when needed
? Excellent verbal and written English
? A positive personality that's enjoyable to be around on calls
? Ability to maintain calm in stressful situations
? Strong organization, adaptability, and follow-through
Management Style

Position Details
? 100% remote
? Must have an 8-hour overlap with EST (9 AM - 5 PM EST)
? Full-time role
? Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 USD + bonuses based on retention, upsells, referrals, and performance

? Maintain under 8% churn
? 2 upsells per month
? 2 referrals per month
? 4 testimonials/reviews per month
? Launch new clients within 7 days or less
