Job Overview


We are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven

Crypto Settlement & Operations Analyst

(mid-level) to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant post-trade settlement and reconciliation of digital asset and fiat transactions. You will work cross-functionally with trading, engineering, product, compliance, and finance teams to scale and optimize settlement infrastructure.

Duties



Execute and monitor daily settlement flows for digital assets and fiat, including instruction generation, matching, confirmations, and final settlement Perform daily reconciliation of internal ledgers / books, custodial wallets, bank statements, and trading system records Investigate and resolve settlement breaks, failed trades, discrepancies, and exceptions Liaise with counterparties, custodians, banks, exchanges, and third-party infrastructure providers to coordinate settlement handoffs, resolve issues, and validate outcomes Support investigations of settlement exceptions and stale / stuck flows Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and internal controls Partner with engineering / platform teams to automate manual processes, improve tooling, and integrate settlement workflows Contribute to new asset onboarding, product launches, and operational readiness assessments Support audit, compliance, risk, and control reporting requirements Assist with ad-hoc operational projects and cross-team initiatives

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or related quantitative area Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills 3+ years experience in financial services operations, back-office, settlement, or reconciliation roles (preferably with exposure to digital assets / crypto) Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, clearing, settlement, and reconciliation processes Experience dealing with banks, custodians, exchanges, and understanding of blockchain transaction flows Excellent Excel skills (including formulas, pivot tables, macros) Familiarity with scripting / data tools (SQL, Python, or similar) for automation / analysis High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work under tight deadlines

Preferred:



Previous experience with crypto / blockchain / token infrastructure Experience integrating APIs, wallet infrastructure, or blockchain node interactions Exposure to audit / compliance / risk controls Familiarity with treasury / liquidity operations Experience working in fast-paced, scaling environments
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00-$140,000.00 per year

Work Location: Remote
