Crushing Plants Manager

Job Description
Duties and Functions:
Comply with occupational health and safety regulations; Plan production activities; Purchase various products; Plan and organize relocation plant & projects; Organize quarry preparation activities; Manage crushing foremen; Supervise operations; Analyse productivity; Administer blasting; Complete time and production reports Communicate professionally, including but not limited to supervisors, teammates, contractors, customers, and vendor partners; Assist in other various tasks;
Requirements:
Degree or certificate in operations management or civil engineering Have a valid driver's license Understand production and quality requirements Supervisory experience Very good leadership, communication and teamwork skills Autonomous, rigorous with a spirit of initiative Physical capacity adequate to the position
