What You'll Be Doing

Operate and monitor crushing equipment to ensure efficient production. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on plant equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and operational issues. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company policies. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate operations.

What Are We Looking For

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to operate heavy equipment and machinery safely. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Capable of working independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
