Cruise Consultant Assistant

Job Description
Answer to customer calls in related to the cruise inquiries, find the best Fares and send travel quotes or provide it over the phone..;
Listen to clients\' requirements closely and provide product solutions;
Always be up to date with cruise and other policies with the current everyday new policy change environment;
Qualifications:
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, English
Teamwork spirit
Experience in travel agency is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Day range:
- Monday to Friday
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
