Job Description


We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Cross Dock Operator to join a dynamic team within a fast-paced freight company! This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with experience in logistics, warehousing, or transportation seeking a stable, long-term position. As a Cross Dock Operator, you will be responsible for operating material handling equipment to efficiently move goods between incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and accurate deliveryPosition: Cross Dock Operator
Shift: Day shift
Salary: $21 - $22 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move goods
  • Sort, stage, and load/unload cargo efficiently
  • Ensure accurate and timely material movement
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Follow safety protocols and operational guidelines
  • Verify contents against shipping documents
  • Segregate freight based on destination
  • Stage freight for outbound shipments
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years' experience in a cross-dock or warehouse environment preferred
  • Valid forklift license is required
  • Proficiency in operating material handling equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
