We are currently seeking a Cross Border Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Surrey, BC.

We're looking for detail-oriented, systematic, careful, and energetic individual to join our Operations team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a team to meet tight shipping deadlines, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver superior customer service by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries Coordinate and organize nightly outbound LTL shipments to the USA, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Track and trace shipments, monitor status, and proactively communicate updates to customers Prepare ACE manifests in compliance with U.S. customs requirements Act as a liaison with U.S. customs brokers, ensuring smooth and timely border clearance Other operation duties as required
