On behalf of our Public Sector Client, Ignite Technical Resources is recruiting for a CRM Strategy & Technology Consultant to join our Client's team on a Contract basis. This role is Hybrid and the Client is based in BC.
Summary of the Role
The CRM Strategy & Technology Consultant will support a public sector client in assessing and recommending a CRM solution that aligns with its organizational needs. The consultant will lead stakeholder engagement, functional needs analysis, market research, and platform evaluation, culminating in a strategic recommendation report.
Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct a comprehensive CRM technology assessment and produce a strategic recommendation report.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and gather detailed functional and business requirements.
Evaluate multiple CRM platforms for suitability, capabilities, and alignment with organizational priorities.
Develop process maps and technical documentation to support solution planning.
Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
Core Requirements
5+ years' experience in CRM consulting or technology strategy roles.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
Demonstrated ability to conduct comparative assessments of CRM platforms.
Experience mapping complex business and functional processes.
Familiarity with technology evaluation and procurement processes in a government context.
Desired Skills & Experience
Knowledge of low-code platforms and CRM-related integrations (REST, Service Bus, ETL).
Understanding of identity and data governance in enterprise environments.
Experience with data privacy and compliance requirements in CRM implementations.
Background working with public sector or non-profit organizations.
Ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
Terms
This is a 3-month contract role with a strong likelihood of extension. The position follows a hybrid work arrangement, requiring 2 days per week onsite at the client's BC office. A criminal background check will be required at the offer stage. Work must be conducted using client-provided hardware. Part-time work arrangements may be considered based on candidate quality.
