YOUR MISSION



As an Email Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for helping the CRM team build relationships between fans and Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group brands, at the right time and for the right reasons. You will be called upon to help execute communication plans for existing productions and initiatives, particularly for our resident shows.
Your experience in relationship marketing, your knowledge of customer data and digital analysis will enable you to recommend new strategies and processes to maximize the benefits of the database, email (primarily) and digital campaigns.



You will be known for:

Communicating and acting as a CRM team representative for all Sales/Marketing teams (resident shows and other Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group brands); Understanding their business needs and ensuring ongoing communication with the rest of the CRM and Marketing team to understand the vision, objectives and digital constraints of the various groups; Assisting in the further development of the global CRM strategy; Understanding Marketing objectives, key database indicators, campaign schedules and operational constraints of team and partners; Proposing an adapted relationship marketing campaign plan with an evaluation of the expected return on investment (ROI); Being creative in proposing solutions based on the analysis of available data, business opportunities and customer lifecycles to produce an optimal database segmentation plan that will drive sales and loyalty while ensuring our customers a digital experience that lives up to our high-qualityshows; Overseeing the execution of the relationship marketing campaign plan (build and deploy email campaigns in Salesforce); Coordinating with various Content teams and internal customers to ensure optimal quality support; Producing results reports, measuring the performance and ROI of our various campaigns, including tests, as well as carrying out campaign post-mortems.


We would like to meet you if you have:

University degree in Marketing, Communications or a concentration in Business Intelligence (BI) strategies; Solid experience in customer relationship management (CRM) and email marketing (at least 5 years); In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, customer data and branding; Analytical skills - ability to review data reports and use data to design an optimized communication plan; Ability to create detailed PPT summaries that illustrate the success of monthly, quarterly and annual e-mail campaigns; Ability to work and communicate with remote teams; Ability to manage several projects at the same time with variable schedules (stress management). Stong written and oral communication in both English and French
