:Description:Responsibilities:

  • Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM applications. This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests.
  • Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages, including tec General Skills
  • Experience in programming and analysis; specialized CRM software package support at the specified experience level
  • Ability to collaborate with IT Professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Experience in structured methodologies for the development, design, implementation and maintenance of applications

  • Experience in application design, latest design patters, deployment and troubleshooting

Knowledge Transfer Requirements
  • Knowledge transfer is expected to occur throughout the duration of the assignment through regular meetings, touchpoints, and working sessions with LRC staff
  • All design, development, artefacts, and source code, including all relevant and complete documents must be transferred to the ministry in the designated repositories provided
  • Dedicated knowledge transfer sessions will be scheduled to ensure completeness of knowledge transfer and all documentation is shared, and allow LRC staff to ask clarification and/or follow up questions

  • Siebel Public Sector 8.x (5+ years) with 2+ year experience with Siebel IP2018+
  • Siebel data model (3+ years)
  • Siebel OpenUI (2+ years): PM/PR Scripting
  • Siebel Smart Scripts (3+ years)
  • Siebel e-Services (3+ years)
  • BI Publisher Reports (3+ years)
  • Java Enterprise Edition (J2EE), Java, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML 5, and CSS (2+ years)
  • AODA, WCAG and Web accessibility
Solution Development Experience - 40%
  • 5+ years experience (including recent experience) solutioning and hands-on configuring Siebel Public Sector solutions including the use of integration with Siebel e-Services, , SMARTScript, Web Services and Siebel BI Publisher
  • 3+ hands on experience customizing Siebel Open UI and PM/PR scripting
  • 3+ years hands-on developments experience with Siebel Smart Scripts
  • 5+ years experience developing unit testing scripts
  • 5+ years setting up and developing solutions with multi-organization data structures and data visibility
  • 5+ years experience configuring picklist and list -of-value (LOV) for multiple organizations and multiple languages
  • 2+ years experience configuring in Siebel IP 20.x
  • 5+ years experience with developing unit testing scripts to confirm successful installation
Technical Skills - 20%
  • 5+ years of demonstrated and hands on experience with Siebel Public Sector 8.x,
  • 3+ years of hands on experience with Siebel OpenUI and PM/PR scripting
  • 5+ years demonstrated and hands experience with Siebel e-services, BI Publisher reports, Javascript, HTML5 and CSS.
Installation, Design, Configuration, Integration and Troubleshooting - 20%
  • 5+ experience troubleshooting and resolving issues of Siebel Public Sector
  • 5+ years of hands on experience on development best practices and standards with Siebel Repository
  • 5+ years of demonstrated and hands on experience on AODA, WCAG and assistive technologies
  • Experience and understanding of Workspace and parallel development
Methodologies & Documentation - 10%
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Oracle development methodologies, tools, and resources
  • Demonstrated experience with documentation of technical blueprints, build-books and procedure manuals
  • Experience with documenting processes and enhancement build books
  • Demonstrated ability to research and recommend Oracle tools and techniques that could be leveraged
  • Experience with developing prototype build books
  • Experience with documenting performance measures of the new environments
  • Experience working in an agile project delivery team
