Position Overview: CRM Developer / Business Systems Developer (Remote-First, Canada)

Tripleview is seeking an experienced

CRM Developer

to support the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of our business applications, including proprietary ERP/CRM systems built on

Microsoft Dynamics CRM

.

This is a

remote-first position based in Canada

3-5 years of development experience

, thrives in virtual collaboration, and is passionate about building scalable, user-friendly systems that improve operational efficiency across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Translate business and functional requirements into clear technical specifications Configure, customize, and develop CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Build workflows, automations, custom entities, and integrations Conduct end-to-end manual testing of enhancements and customizations Produce clear, user-friendly documentation for end-users and internal teams Maintain and improve internal implementation documentation Ensure on-time delivery of development and configuration tasks Collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment

Skills & Experience

3-5 years of proven experience

as a CRM Developer, Software Developer, or Business Systems Developer Ability to convert high-level business requirements into technical implementation steps Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote-first environment Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to quality

Required Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of

JavaScript

(front-end) Proficiency with

SQL databases

and ability to write complex SQL queries Experience with

version control systems

such as Git or SVN Experience building workflows, automations, or custom processes within CRM environments

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with

Microsoft Dynamics CRM

(customization, configuration, and workflow automation) Exposure to

ERP or CRM software implementations

Understanding of

local government operations

or public sector software Experience with

SSRS

Experience with proprietary or low-code platforms

Work Environment

Remote-first role based in Canada

No expectation of hybrid or in-office work Collaboration with team members across

Canada, the U.S., and India

Rare travel, only if needed for occasional business needs
