We are looking for a detail oriented, client-facing team lead responsible for the end-to-end production and delivery of technical CRM campaigns for one of the world\'s biggest retail clients. Candidates should have good working knowledge of HTML and have managed complex, multi-touch campaigns before, across email, push notification, and In-app Messaging channels.
Experience with the Braze platform, Liquid script or similar syntax is a bonus. Above all else, the right candidate will have a passion for team leadership and development but also tinkering, learning and problem solving, and has a more technical role in their career path goals.
As a Technical Team Lead, you will manage a team of Technical Campaign Managers who execute on project requests from various teams, help to troubleshoot issues as they arise and engage related teams to resolve them. You should be adept at building campaigns and conceptualizing how to achieve a desired result using tools like API calls, product data, personalization, webhooks, using Liquid to perform timestamp calculations and much more.
Liaising directly with senior clients and stakeholders, you and your team will be responsible for developing and socializing detailed yet clear production plans to bring campaign strategies to life, while being able to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. You will help your team to prioritize work, remove blockers and ensure each campaign is executed without error while maintaining a strong relationship with clients and internal teams.
As a skilled resource, you must demonstrate a solid understanding of project management tools and best-practice methodology, have a deep understanding of user experience, email development and the ability to deliver solutions that are both robust and flexible. \xe2\x80\x8bThe successful candidate will possess superior problem-solving skills and a passion for email marketing/CRM.
