As Think Tank\xe2\x80\x99s CRM and Email Marketing Specialist, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be part of the Think Tank Marketing Team, reporting to the Marketing Manager. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for developing and implementing effective CRM strategies to capture leads, help convert leads, and maintain interest/loyalty; managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads; analyzing performance data and providing insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness; developing and executing A/B testing strategies to optimize campaign performance; collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, admissions, and product design, to ensure alignment and effective execution of campaigns; staying up to date on industry trends and best practices in CRM and paid media. Using your experience managing multiple marketing channels, as the CRM and Paid Media Specialist, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be able to adapt to a continually evolving (and fun) environment and thrive in an autonomous and deadline-oriented workplace.

Here are some of the things you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:
  • Own and maintain our CRM (Hub Spot) and marketing tech stack, site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting:
  • Design and execute email campaigns across different segments of the customer lifecycle to engage and retain customers.
  • Develop and implement targeted email campaigns for customer acquisition and lead generation.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
  • Develop and maintain email marketing calendars, ensuring campaigns are deployed on schedule and in alignment with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Create, segment, and manage customer lists using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to develop cohesive messaging with our branding across all email campaigns.
  • Monitor and maintain email deliverability, ensuring emails are delivered to inboxes and not spam folders.
  • Continuously test and optimize email campaigns to improve performance and drive revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices and emerging trends.
  • Maintain our sales funnel to support lead generation and improve cost per lead.
  • Present findings and strategy recommendations to the Head of Marketing and Engagement as well as other senior executives.
  • Manage digital agency relationships, day-to-day production, as well as campaign budgets and schedules.
  • Support community & alumni tracking and engagement.
Qualifications

Here\xe2\x80\x99s what you bring to the table:
  • Post Secondary Education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing and CRM management.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and experience in executing successful email campaigns.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of GDPR and email marketing regulations.
