Job Description

A career within our Crisis and Resilience practice will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients prepare for and respond to crisis situations that could otherwise disrupt our clients' operations, damage reputations, destroy shareholder value, and trigger other events. Whatever the solution, we help our clients build and sustain a lean and focused crisis management capability so they can better implement strategic, agile, and timely response to crises that pose the greatest threats to their organizations.

As a Crisis and Resilience Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, Deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Reviewing client plans and crisis or business continuity program materials Preparing for and helping to facilitate workshops with senior members of client teams to help them identify their most important business functions Drafting business continuity and crisis management plans Facilitating scenario-based simulation exercises Drafting reports of lessons observed Supporting business development efforts Helping to organize client events

Able to clearly share ideas and information with team members and stakeholders, both in writing and in person Comfortable supporting workshop facilitation Capable of writing clear and simple documents like guides, reports, or instructions for different audiences.
