As the Crew Travel Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the air, hotel and ground transportation reservations for all employee crew travel requirements. What You?ll Do:

• 
  Manage air, hotel, and ground transportation reservations for employee crew travel.
• Responsible for day to day operations, last minute changes, new bookings due to schedule changes/delays, cancellations.
• Update crew schedules with complete and accurate travel information.
• Actively communicate with Operational Team to ensure travel arrangements meet safety, regulatory, efficiency, and service levels.
• Utilize a full range of preferred supplier products.
• Identify and communicate scheduling concerns.
• Perform duties in accordance with established policies and procedures while giving primary consideration to personal safety, and the safety of co-workers, and customers.
• Other related duties as assigned.

What You?ll Need:

• 
  Minimum 3 years of corporate travel experience.
• Previous airline reservation experience is an asset.
• Proficiency using Amadeus GDS an asset.
• Knowledge of TTS an asset.
• Organized, task oriented, and attentive to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and able to meet deadlines within a time-sensitive environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Able to follow direction and work with minimal supervision.
• Day/Night shift work (12 hour shifts ? 4 on /4 off).
• Flexible to adopt different schedule, with possibility of working weekends and holidays
• Capable to work in fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
• Flexibility to adapt and able to manage multiple assignments while working independently or as a team.
