is currently seeking applicants for a

Crew Planner

position in

St. John's, NL on a full time permanent basis.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Complete monthly crew pairings for Pilots and Flight Attendants within the PAL group Coordinate construction of monthly schedules with union scheduling committees Plan and administer crew vacation bidding Evaluate future schedules and provides feed back to commercial scheduling Post and award crew vacancy bids Coordinate and assist with administrative duties Assist during IROPs Mentor and train new schedulers and trainers Flexibility to assist with crew scheduling vacation and sick time

Qualifications:

Previous experience in organizing, evaluating, and planning airlines schedules Knowledge and understanding of aviation regulations Strong communication skills Excellent time management skills Must be flexible to work all shifts and adapt to fluctuations in shift times due to operational and/or unforeseen situations.
