Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and recipes, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling. Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and assisting guests with their needs. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods. Handle food safely by following sanitation and food handling protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment. Assist with upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with health regulations. Support team members as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with food preparation, cashiering, and food safety practices is advantageous. Basic math skills are necessary for cash handling, making change, and managing transactions accurately. Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper food handling procedures is desirable.
