Overview

As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience. You will be responsible for various tasks within the restaurant, including food preparation, handling, and assisting customers with their orders. Your ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness is essential.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines. Handle food products safely and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing transactions. Assist with upselling menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Maintain inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed. Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Skills

Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change. Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the food industry. Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills to effectively assist customers and work as part of a team. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure during busy periods. A willingness to learn about food preparation techniques and menu offerings.
